At EMA5 I cover my section as Section Team Lead within TGW's larger greenfield rollout of Amazon's next-generation IDX series in the UK. My scope is the twin crossbelt sorter — I coordinate the installation of that section, align the mechanical and operational layers with Amazon's playbook, and own the handover for what's mine. The twin crossbelt sorter is the heart of EMA5's primary flows — a massive, high-capacity system that had to be integrated by a third party without a hitch. I owned that coordination, and at the same time I built an automated handover audit pipeline that dynamically checks every step and logs technical compliance evidence in real time.
I covered my section as Section Team Lead on the DSA2 fulfilment centre, from pre-installation through to final handover of the crossbelt sorter. My scope was the sorter section — I coordinated installation, commissioning, and the final clean close-out with the wider TGW and Leonardo team.
Brownfield expansion of the EPGC spare-parts warehouse for industrial kitchen equipment (REPA Group), with the original facility live and operators on-site throughout the works. As a freelance Site Manager for System Ceramics (now part of Coesia Group), I was trusted with the full-line integration of ceramic plants across four continents — from the heavy GEA Lamina presses at the head of the line, all the way down to the end-of-line packaging of finished slabs. I supervised the civil works, kept commissioning on time and on budget, and brought each site to a clean final acceptance test. Before I ever set foot on a construction site, I was coordinating design teams in Sassuolo — at Media Logic and Stylgraph — building some of the first B2B web portals for the ceramic industry.
